Richelle continues to make progress everyday!  Yesterday she had a full day of Physical Therapy and then did her first interview with Q13 Fox News.  This is scheduled to air on Wednesday, February 10 (tomorrow) on channel 13 at 10:00 pm.  Richelle was very happy at how smoothly everything went in her interview.  A very special thank you to David Rose and the entire staff at Q13 for how well they handled Richelle's interview.  Our entire family wants to thank them for being so wonderful to Richelle.

Richelle's weekend went so well for her.  She had a lot of visitors that really brightened her day.  Her BP was good all weekend, and thanks to Richelle's Aunt Sandy and Uncle Mike who BBQ'd her some Flat Iron Steak with Corn on the Cob, Richelle ate a really big dinner last night.  That was so good to see because she hasn't had much of an appetite at all, other than always wanting Sweedish Fish.
She is starting another full week of PT, and this week they will be starting to work out her legs too, thanks to the pressing of her family.  On Saturday she did 7 minutes on her arm machine, and she told me she is going to try and increase that by one minute each day.
Her attitude still amazes me, even as I spilled ice water down her brace yesterday, she still had a smile on her face.  She is much more understanding and caring than a lot of us would be:)  Thank you all for your continued love and support.  Richelle wanted me to tell you all how much she appreciates everything that everyone is doing for her.  We are all so thankful to all of you!

I feel like I start each of these entries the same, "Richelle had another great day", but she keeps amazing all of us with her strength to do so much more than the previous day.  Yesterday she was up in her chair for 4 and 1/2 hours!!!!  She did great.  She still continues to battle her BP, but that may be an ongoing issue, and she is on medication to help control this.  Today she has been in her chair for a little over an hour now, and really enjoys this.  The sun is shining outside, and she will probably venture out there soon.  I wish I had more to report right now, but that is really all from yesterday.
Thank you to everyone for all of your continued support.  I saw pictures of my parents house last night and it looks amazing.  A big thank you to everyone involved in the remodel of their house.  You guys are doing such a great job and I can't believe just how fast it is going.
