Just a quick update before I go to bed!

Rhys's day went fairly well all things considered. He left this morning in a super mood and came home in one so that is great! I can't imagine how hard it was for the staff at school to try and explain things to all the students, Noah said it was very sad. The flag at school was hung at half mast in honor of Mrs. McNair. Anyhow, so far, Rhys is adjusting to having Mrs. 'Bonnet' as his E.A. and he seems happy. Rhys is the type of kid who will tell you as soon as he gets home if he's had a bad day or not, so keeping our fingers crossed that all continues to go well, we know it will!! It may take some time but Rhys always surprises us by the way he handles things!! I know it had to be difficult for Mrs. Bonnet as well, starting a new day under such circumstances, Rhys thought she was awesome, so way to go 'Bonnet'.
Brynn goes back in the morning as well, so it will be interesting to see how she does at school, she's the emotional one, she had a special bond with Brenda as well. She remembers drawing a picture for Brenda the last week of school and knows Brenda put this picture up on her fridge. I think Brynn will do okay, but she has her moments. All in time I guess, but I know she will be okay.
Well, I'm off to bed so I hope everyone is having a good start to the week!

Take care, Love Trish & Rhys
