GREAT NEWS....CLEAR SCANS WITH NO EVIDENCE OF NEUROBLASTOMA...

Good evening everyone, since Aurora hasn't been feeling well lately (she gets these headaches and nausea after school and especially in the car,) I guess she gets a very bad case of car sick. I wrote Dr. Kushner an e-mail last night asking him about the test results just to make sure that it wasn't related to them.

After school, I took her to have her eyes checked and couldn't wait to get home to check my e-mail. As soon as we got home, I got on the computer and saw Dr. Kushner had replied with the great news. I didn't have time to write an update before because we had to go and order Aurora's birthday cake. On Tuesday, she's having her party which she wanted to be on her actual birthday. Since she goes to school now, she wanted to have a party with her friends from school.

Make-A-Wish's first walk-a-thon turned out to be a big success even though the weather wasn't cooperating. It was very cold, but surprisingly so many supporters came out regardless of the weather.

We're thinking of going to Central Park this Saturday to support the Walk For Kids With Cancer which benefits childhood cancer research at MSKCC. I'll let you know if we do go.

It's getting late now. Thank you for checking in and showing your support. We love your messages, keep them coming! Goodnight and I hope you all have a great weekend.

-Lula
