I'm saddened to hear of Paunny's passing. May these words that she sang in the last movement of the Brahm's Requiem give you comfort. Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them. ~ Revelation 14:13

Paunny, you slipped away while we weren't watching! My prayers and thoughts are with your family and close friends - may God continue to comfort them and give them strength in these difficult times. When I go back to Stetson for the new semester at Choral Union I will be looking for you, unable to fully grasp at first the reality of you being in a much bigger and more perfect choir now! I'll miss your laughter and shall remember you as one of Peter Durow's "Grammas" on our China trip. Rest in peace my dear, but let your voice soar with the rest of the angels!

Lori -Your mom was my Realtor and talk about a wild ride.  That women could not drive worth a damn but just like how she lived her life is was full speed ahead.  She loved you and your sister and talked about you two all the time.  She was funny, caring and really made sure that Mike and I found a house that we both would love.  Every time I saw her she was smiling.  Thinking of you and your entire family!!!

“Piglet sidled up to Pooh from behind. "Pooh?" he whispered."Yes, Piglet?""Nothing," said Piglet, taking Pooh's hand. "I just wanted to be sure of you.”  May God provide an extra measure of strength for you and your family at this very difficult time.  He will never put more on us than we can bare.  I love you "Twinney"!  I am here now and always; just whisper and I will be there.

Paunny,      Patty Lechner and I came to see you on Monday.  We were sorry that we could not visit with you, but we do understand totally...we left some cookies and an article that I hope might have been interesting to you.       Mom, Chuck and I pray for you 3 times a day, before every meal.  We ask that the good Lord will help you on your journey and that He will bring you peace.      Paunny, you have brought much joy and happiness to our group of sisters.  I am so happy you joined our team and became a forever friend to each of us.  I love you very much and send you a big hug.

I have been praying for all of you since I heard about Paunny's tumor. She has always been a person that is so full of life, fun and just happy.  Her laugh tells it all.  One time she put lipstick on and then kissed me on the lips and said, If you want color in your life, you need to put some color on your lips!" and she laughed.  And we talked about her faith too. She has the reassurance and comfort of knowing that she will be going to heaven because of her faith in God who sent Jesus to die on the cross for our sins. That is our only true comfort in the midst of such a sad time. I love you, Paunny. Paula Arndt (your niece)
