My Story

This is a website dedicated to Patti Belfiori to say thanks for the many people she has helped in her life and her career as a teacher. As many of you know Patti Belfiori was recently diagnosed in January, 2007, with a stage 4 cancer, developing an internal melanoma tumor in her sinus.

As you all know, my mom was an animal lover. Over the course of her lifetime, she rescued numerous cats and dogs. She was incredibly concerned when the local animal shelter closed. And my brother, Jim and I think that she would love it if you would memorialize her by helping create a new shelter to protect and care for the many abandoned animals in our area.

So in lieu of sending flowers for the memorial service, please make a donation to St. Croix Animal Friends for the construction of a new animal shelter in memory of my mom:
