This week brings to a close a major chapter in Patrick’s and our lives.
By Gods healing hand Patrick finished high school and walked with his graduating class last night and now prepares to attend college in late August. Four months ago when Patrick was diagnosed we had no idea how his senior year would play out. But God knew!
God has used many events in these months to Glorify his name. The 3rd grade class at San Ramon Christian Academy that has faithfully prayed for him allowed Patrick to visit and share his testimony. What a blessing to meet these prayerful little warriors face to face.
A wonderful family honored Patrick with a scholarship at a recent awards ceremony. Patrick’s story was displayed on screen and he was able to give God the Glory.
Valley Christian Center, the Church that Patrick’s high school is connected with, has also been diligently praying for him. Patrick was asked to share at all three services how God has been working in his life. What a privilege to humbly share before God’s people.
And also the many prayerful people that we see (and don’t see) on a daily basis continue to amaze us with their consistent prayers and encouragement for Patrick and our family. We have been so wonderfully blessed by all of you-thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
As Patrick said four months ago-“ I wonder how God is going to use this?” Well, His name has been glorified again and again.
