My Story

Just before her 35 th birthday, Tricia was given the news that she had Inflammatory Breast Cancer. Tricias wish is that everyone reading about her life, would see Christ in her and understand how faithful God is no matter what your circumstances are. May God bless you for being here.

Patricia Britt Chastain was in our lives for a short 35 years but she will be in our thoughts and in our hearts for the rest of our life on this earth. Tricia was the loving and proud mom of Emma and William Chastain, and she was the best friend and loving wife to her husband Jason. As a Doctor of Chiropractic, she had a love and a listening ear to any person that presented in her office.

What you read in this journal is real faith and it is Tricia. You may think her life and her words while battling breast cancer were too good to be true, but in reality , "She was too good of a person, friend , mother and wife to be true."I know this to be true because I am the man that had the honor of calling her my wife.
Thank You for taking the time to read about her thoughts, her words and her faith in God. Her families wish is that everyone reading her journal and guestbook would leave as a different person. Tricias wish is that everyone reading about her life, would see Christ in her and understand how faithful God is no matter what your circumstances are.

"Please read this journal and guestbook and prepare your heart to be blessed. I promise you it was not her own strength that allowed her to fight cancer, but it was the love she had for her family, and most importantly the saving knowledge and her personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ that gave her the strength and the will to fight, and now the hope we have and the assurance that we will see her again someday in heaven is priceless.
