Welcome to my CaringBridge site. I was diagnosed with colon cancer of appendiceal origin in Feb 2005 at the age of 34. Since then I have had 3 recurrences. I created this site to help other appendiceal cancer patients, with the hope my experience will help others choose the right treatment path. Please feel free to e-mail me if you have any questions.
I am glad the past 3 days are over. This afternoon I finally feel a little better, feel like walking in my house and getting on the computer. Past three days have been just miserable. I hate the chemo. This time around the thought I wished I was dead crossed my mind on several occassions. I was so disappointed not being able to attend the writing class at Stanford yesterday. I was looking forward to it all month. Today I feel a little better, hopefully my mood will change. Thank you everyone for the messages I was very touched. Actually it lifted my spirits.
