My Story

About half of all men and a third of all women in the U.S. will receive a cancer diagnosis during their lifetimes which often comes with little warning. The only symptoms Miguel had 3 months before he passed were back aches that would not go away. He was a hard working man. R.I.P 3.21.08 VIDEO w/ sound http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R9PFgCgbrVk

ONE yr since Miguel left us.

The intense feelings have lessen, and the memories are becoming less painful.

7 GIFTS I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE MY FRIENDS & FAMILY

The Gift of Love
May you find love in your family and your friends. And may you share the love you have to give. When you share your love, it comes back to you in many forms.

The Gift of Laughter
May laughter fill your home, relieve your stress, and strengthen your friendships. Do not let a day go buy without laughing; it is good for your health.

The Gift of Living Each Day to The Fullest
Every day is a gift, and may you use this gift by living life to the fullest. You will never have this day again. What will you do with it?

The Gift of Not Worrying
May your days be worry-free. If you find yourself worrying about something then fix it. If it is beyond your control, then there is no sense in worrying about it. 90% of what you worry about will never happen, so why worry!

The Gift of Positive Thinking
May you find the good in all situations, even if you have to look for it - look because it is there. No matter what happens in your life, find the good. Your life will be a happier one.

The Gift of Balance in Your Life
May you find the balance of life, time for work but also time for play. Too much of one thing ends up creating stress that no one needs in their life.

The Gift of Goal Setting
May all your dreams turn into goals. Goals will help you accomplish things you may have thought impossible.
