One year ago today, Noah's tumors were removed. What a day that was! And with two rough weeks to follow. You would never know today what he had been through, and one year ago, we certainly could not imagine ourselves feeling as normal as we are today.
Noah is a remarkable 3 year old. Yesterday, he gave me a valentine on which he wrote, 'Mom, I love U -Noah' Of course, his dad showed him the letters, but WOW I was blown away by his writing. He rides his tricycle all over the house, for up to two hours at a time.
Our friends are all well. The kids are getting big, and pretty much everything is as it should be. We continue to believe that Noah simply IS part of the 90% of Wilm's patients who will NOT relapse. Our next CT scan will be in April
