A HUGE Thank you to EVERYONE who put time, effort, contributions and support into Noah's Benefit. It was a great success! He was amazed at all of the people and all of the support surrounding him. What a joy to see a community, family and friends unite together for one of their own.
Wanted to update everyone on Noah's progress since the event. He is doing incredible. Noah is walking around on his prosthetic without a cane or any assistance and is doing daily activites around the house and in the community. He gets casted late this week for his arm and should have that soon after. He is eager to get back to everything, and will soon be driving again as well!
Noah wrote this all for you who have been there since the beginning and those that continue to be there now:
To all those that have sent love, prayers, support and genersity, thank you. There were so many people there for my benefit. I did my best to say Hi to everyone, but if I missed you, I am sorry and thank you for your support. I feel blessed to have so many positive thoughts behind me. Every prayer, memory and well wish helps me. I am excited to have my prosthetic leg and be walking around on it, and am waiting to receive my arm. I can't wait to get back to my life and activities. Thank you again for everything through my accident, it means so much to have it all behind me. The funds raised at the benefit will help with my medical costs, daily living as I get back to things, and help get my second leg to return to the Fire Department. Communities really unite when a member falls on hard times, and Durand and many communities have united for me and ALL my families. I have my Firefighter/EMT family, my fiance Jenni's family, my family, and my community family. It is amazing. Thank you for everything you have done and continue to do from my heart. ~Noah
