I had to figure out how to log in on this site and feel like a dummy for not having written anything. I went to see Dr. Silver at the end of April after my scan. The scan was clear except for a spot on my lungs which turned out to be an infection. Dr. Silver put me on antibiotics and now I feel fine. It was funny, because when I saw him in October I told him I was having some issues with wheezing and feeling a bit congested and he couldn't hear anything. Then I saw Dr. Li in March and told her the same thing and she couldn't find anything....thankfully the scan did . I told Dr. Silver from now on he needs to believe me when I tell him something is wrong. My next scan is at the beginning of August and I am hoping that again I will be clear. That will put me in remission for a year.  I am still battling the weight and NOT LOSING!!! But I feel pretty good. I'll keep trying and maybe someday the weight will slowly melt away.
