WOWWOWOWOWOWOWOWOW!!!  That sums LA in one word!
I'm taking a quick minute to update before we are off and running again.  Nick and Richard hit it off with a bang and hit the ground running.  They have been die hard convention goers and I just dropped them early this morning for the last full day at the Expo.  They are having the time of their life!!!

We were greeted at the airport by Arlene with Make a Wish LA Chapter.  She was a doll in getting us where we needed to be and settled into Nick's Big Adventure.  The Sheraton is MAGNIFICENT and so gracious!  The sights are great, weather is perfect and this has truly been the trip Nick has waited for so long.

We leave tomorrow with lots of memories, lots of pix and lots of souveniers.  I think Nick is already planning on the 2010 Expo   LOL  This trip has truly been a one of a kind experience for all.  The only thing missing is Loren. . . .    :(

I am thankful for all of Nick's dreams coming true, thanks to Make a Wish in LA (Tamika and Arlene), the Sherton Hotel, Richard's family, Universal Studios, and all of the Make a Wish participants back home in Kansas - Beckie, Jessica, Ashley, Joey and the Theater group who made the costumes.  These people
will never realize in full what they did for Nick, even though I know how much their heart is in helping kids.  I am thankful for a safe trip to LA and a safe return home.  I am grateful for all of the experiences we've had and the memories we've made to add to our long list.  The last two years started off as the worst of our lives and have ended up being the best.  God bless all of the people who've been part of our journey.
