Hi!  I don't understand it, but I lost mostly all of your journal.  I did get to read most of it, and am so happy to hear that the tumors are stable and didn't increase in size.  I'm sending LOTS of hugs and prayers to Nathan!

I started reading something about your daughter Tabitha but only very little.  So, without know what you wrote I'm sending LOTS of hugs and prayers to Tabitha too.

With loving thoughts,

Bonnie

Dear Norman Family,
I am the music director at Lower Brandywine Presb. Church, which sponsored your week at Camp Sunshine.  Our pastor received your very meaningful thank you letter this week, and this morning he read it to the congregation.  Everyone was deeply touched.
Each year, with the church's help, we raise funds through our annual concert in memory of my son Jonathan who began his eternal life in 2007 just after his 15th birthday, after four years of treatment for medulloblastoma.  This year, and in 2010, the funds went to Camp Sunshine.
My family and I are honored that your family is the recipient.
Your Caringbridge posts are beautiful, and your faith is definitely a gift.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can do.  Our church is praying for you, as is my family!
With love and prayers,

Thank You Lord for hearing all our prayers for Nathan and his family!!
Dear Nathan and family,
What great news!  I am so glad to hear that the tumors are stable and less enhanced.  I continue to pray for healing for Nathan here on Earth, and am thankful that the tumors are not growing.  Nathan... you look great.  I hope that this treatment continues to work and with little side effects!

Nathan and Family,
I am so glad that treatment side effects continue to be minimal and you able to enjoy such things as camping as a family.  You continue to inspire me .  Know that I continue to pray each night for you and the effectiveness of this clinical trial.  Love and prayers to you and your family!

Such good news!  Every time I see a post from you, I get butterflies in my stomach until I read it.  I can't even imagine how you all must feel while waiting for results/news from doctors.  I am so thankful and happy that Nathan is doing well!  You all are such a special family and even though I've never met him, Nathan has a special place in my heart and I think about your family every day.  I'll continue to pray that the trial works and he continues to feel well.  To God Be The Glory!

Love and prayers,

It was good to read about Nathan and your journey together.  I had so many unanswered questions but this email answered a lot of them ie when was Nathan's birthday and about his early diagnosis.  I hurt for you and your beautiful son.  I am thankful you love the Lord and share your faith.  You are wonderful role models to so many of us.  Thank you for sharing your life, hardships, struggles and especially your hope and faith.  I will continue to pray for Nathan, his treatment, wisdom for the doctors and care givers, and for all of your family.

Hey Nathan! So glad you are doing better on this new trial of medicine.  You are such an amazing kid and you are truly blessed to have the family and friends that you do. Their love for you is as strong and amazing as you are. I continue to think about you everyday and pray that God will heal you soon.  Hang in there Nathan.

Psalm 146 (147A)
The Lord's goodness and power
To our God be joyful praise.

Praise the Lord! It is good to sing praise to our God;  it is a joy to sing his praises.

The Lord rebuilds Jerusalem:  he will call back Israel from exile. He heals broken hearts  and binds up their wounds. He counts all the stars;  he calls each of them by name. Our God is great and great is his strength,  his wisdom is not to be measured. The Lord supports the needy,  but crushes the wicked to the ground.

Sing out to the Lord in thanksgiving,  sing praise to our God on the harp. He covers the sky with his clouds,  he makes rain to refresh the earth. He makes grass grow on the hills,  and plants for the service of man. He gives food to grazing animals,  and feeds the young ravens that call on him. He takes no delight in the strength of the horse,  no pleasure in the strength of a man. The Lord is pleased by those who honour him,  by those who trust in his kindness.

Glory be to the Father and to the Son and to the Holy Spirit,  as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be,  world without end. Amen.

To our God be joyful praise.
