Brother is home!!
I am so proud! Stephen decided to get baptized at camp!! How awesome is that?!
We just got the HSM2 dvd in the mail yesterday and we are watching it now. It is so interesting, because I didn't think about the fact that the kids have never seen all of the scenes.
We went to meet a girl in the next town who had Chiari surgery a few years ago. They hit it off like they have known each other for years. What a wonderful opportunity!! I'll post some pics from today, but I forgot to ask her mom, so I will do that soon.
This week is quiet. Shh, don't tell anyone. The following week is a bit crazy with Girl Scout Day Camp from 9-3 and VBS in the evenings!! Thinking of day camp - please pray for the director and her family. Her 3 year old daughter drowned last weekend.
The week after we will be in Cincinnati for 4 days. Then Indianapolis for 3 days, two weeks after that.
We have been praying for an opportunity to go and see one of our great caring bridge friends this summer. A new to our area airline just started flights directly from here to there! Not to mention that there are 9 seats on every flight for just $9!! Well, we missed the $9 deal, but we were looking at seats for $39 and $59 each way (only Natalie and I would go.) So, it was on the news last night that the airline was unable to secure landings into Newark, NJ right now... the first available may not be until Aug. 14th now! We are so bummed. I am trusting that something will work out. There are actually 4 mito cb friends out there and one that we talk to daily.
Anyone know anyone going that direction with a couple extra seats let us know please!
