I have removed last nights post. Some people made some good points, and I am sorry if I caused anyone unnecessary worry. Morgan is fine, just going through normal teenage things. We will work it out between us and not on the world wide web. Sometimes you just need to vent.

Morgan went to Dartmouth on Friday for her normal monthly post-treatment checkup. Everything looks good her counts were great and things just seem to be going along fine off treatment. Her ankle has healed nicely and she has returned to soccer practice and will have her first game back on Tuesday. She's taking things slow and hopefully will be back to her old self by the time Nordic starts in November.

The boys are doing well in school and out. Kyle is also playing soccer, so we're pretty busy running back and forth to games. All told I think we have four between the two of them this week...but the season is winding down and then we'll just take up a whole new kind of busy...with hockey.

Matthew is having a much more successful school year this year. He loves his teacher and at last weeks open house we got a lot of great compliments on his behaviour as well as his williness to learn. Small steps, grasshopper.

We have lost some special people over the last couple weeks. Our friend Hara's mom, Elsie, passed away and although we have our memories to keep, we'll miss her. She was a wonderful lady and a beautiful woman. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Hara, Stacie, David and Cathi and their families.

Morgan and Kyles great uncle, Frenchie, also passed away this week. I remember his smile and his shock of gorgeous white hair. Although we were unable to attend the funeral service due to Morgan's Dartmouth appointment, our thoughts and prayers are with great grandma Meme and the family.

Thats it for us for now. Once again, if I worried you, I apologize. Everyone here is fine...its all just part of the growing up process. I sure as heck wish it was easier. But things have a way of working themselves out. And we'll all be alright. Tomorrow's another day.
