The song below, 'He's my son' says it all. We felt this way about our Max... We also feel this way about our Miles.

Hi all. I know it’s been a long time and it’s definitely about time that I updated the sight again. There is nothing but good news to report. Miles has been trucking along with his treatment. Which will be OVER (can you believe that??!!) on December the 19th. That's now less than 5 months away! We want to plan some sort of really special celebration for him. But we’re not sure what or how yet? We still have some time to think and plan something. Suggestions are always welcome.

There are several good announcements I need to make. 1st) The Conquer Childhood Cancer Act has been approved UNANOMOUSLY. Took a long time, but it’s finally approved. WOO HOO!! 2nd) Billy and I are expecting…AGAIN. We are excited, happy, and really, really nervous. What have we gotten ourselves into? We both thought we were done and there wouldn’t be any more children. Mainly because we thought the pipes were dry, but also because…well…we’re parents of two wildly energetic toddlers and Billy has two jobs and well…you get the point. We were obviously wrong. Now on to our 3rd) Miles has his make a wish trip to Disney World in Orlando coming up in October. He’s really excited and keeps talking about all the characters he’s going to meet and all the fun things he'll get to see and do. We'll be staying at a special place called Give Kids the World. It's a special resort like place for children with critical illnesses and their families. They have a medical place on site where he will be able to see a doctor and keep up with his treatment plan while there. I’ll, of course, be huge (31 weeks) at that time. It should be both interesting and fun.

Before I let you go I thought I would share the links to two very interesting and heartwarming videos. Just to share the love (...and the power of it). Remember to pray for all the children who are less fortunate and in need or your positive thoughts.
