Hello to all of our great friends and family. Once again I can not believe that it has taken me so long to write an update on Mia, but she is doing WONDERFUL!!!! Adam and I are so grateful for everyone's prayers and help and we know that it was helped Mia to get through all of this.

Mia has now been in Maintenance for the past five months, and has been very lucky to not have to visit the hospital but about once a month. Amazingly enough she has only been sick once this winter (her brother and sister have not been so lucky)!! Mia has been able to continue going to school every day, and she started going to dance classes this January. She is loving dance and can not wait for her recital!!!

We also found out in December that we would be going to Disney World over Easter Break for Mia's wish to Make-a-Wish foundation. Mia is so excited to go see the princesses and we feel so blessed that this foundation is able to do this for her!! With the help of my school and Aj and Mia's school we were able to raise about $800 for Make-a-Wish foundation , just by writing letters to Santa and dropping them off at Macy's. We were so glad that we could give a little back to them!!

I also found out last week that Mia was going to be an honoree for a state police trooper who is going to shave is head in March for the ST. Baldrick's Foundraiser. Mark Dorencz is a father to one of the student's in my class, and he asked if he could raise money to help Children's Cancer Research in honor of Mia. We feel so honored that he would ask us and we are so glad to help in any to all these great organizations that have helped us get through so much. Without the Cancer Research that has taken place already, Mia wouldn't have had such a great outlook!!
