Born into eternal life - March 30, 2009
On behalf of my family and myself, I want to express my sincere gratitude to our friends and the loving community for your unwavering support of prayers and love. Thanks to all the doctors and nurses for doing their best for Mia. Thank you all so much for your kind words, your generous gifts, and most of all, for your friendship. Please know we will never forget your kind gestures.
Mia came to us as a gift from God. Although her time on earth was brief, she has touched and inspired many people, including us. Mia has accomplished more in eight months than we will ever accomplish in our lifetime. In her short mission, she has spread the word of God to many and brought them closer to God. She has taught us the values of Love, Wisdom, Peace, Kindness, Compassion, Patience, Generosity and most of all, God’s love. The lessons we have learned from her will remain with us forever. She reminds us that life is precious and short, and that God is most important. God had a plan for our precious Mia all along, and His plan is perfect.
Mia was indeed a brave, bright, and strong-willed little girl. She fought so hard against such great odds, not only waiting for a healthy heart but doing so while on life-support. Mia is perfect in everyway we could have imagined. She is so sweet and so joyful to be with. We have enjoyed each and every moment we had with her. She was a blooming flower that never fades. Even in a hospital bed, our flower continues to bloom so beautifully. She was a joy not only to us, but all who have seen and met her. For that, we want to thank God for being so good to our family. Thank God for giving us someone so precious and so special.
We can never provide for Mia on earth the life that she deserves. She deserves the best and that is to be with God our Father in heaven.
Mia, we all love you, and will miss you. But you will always be in our minds and in our hearts. Please watch over us as our Guardian Angel from above.
