Dear Paula & Family:  It was a very special moment in our lives to be present @ the Memorial Service for Merry (got lost a few times, but we continued onward)!.  The people we met & exchanged thoughts with about Merry all knew her in the later years.  Merry was not only our neighbor in WML but we became friends after Mady passed on.  We treasure these moments as ours!  She will be missed by all.  She was such a "presence"!  I loved our two hour "catch-up" conversations in the winter time & I loved the Holiday times as we sat together in White Meadow Temple.  Her smile was always radiant & genuine.  She was a special friend as were Mady & Dan.  Love to all who loved her!  Fran, Ronni & David Ticker

My sincerest sympathy on the loss of your beloved Merry.  I only knew Merry a short few days in Hadassah training but she made a lifelong impression on me.  She was brilliant and had a personality and wit that drew me in!  Sadly, we were unable to continue our relationship but she remains a "sister" to all her Centennial President classmates.  May her memory be for a blessing,

Teri

Dear Paula,
The Sharing Locker team will always remember Merry's smiling face and her perseverance throughout her ordeal.  We are forever grateful for the example she set of how to move forward in the face of adversity.  And Paula, you are to be commended for your dedication to Merry, tirelessly working to keep her involved in activities that were important to her and gave her the courage to continue in spite of her limitations.
We will all miss her smiling face and infectious laughter.
With sympathy and caring,    Nans for the entire Sharing Locker team.

Dear Paula, We learned that Merry passed away yesterday morning. We know it was expected - but still a shock for us. We all loved her so much - such a warm wonderful person.  We know all of you are grieving for her - so do we here She was young and could have lived many more years and would have achieved so much - and this pains even more. Our hearts are with you all Love - iris and rivka

For you, PJ, I am deeply saddened, that your devoted partner of many years has been taken away prematurely. I don't know how you two could have packed any more into your future than you have already experienced, but I have no doubt that you would have done so. I know you will have a huge hole in your heart now, my friend, for surely she took some of it with her.

For Merry, while she had so much more to do, so many more gifts to give and events to experience had she not gotten cancer, I know she is celebrating now with Dan and others, now that she is free of pain and restored to health.

Merry's illness has been an admirable, arduous journey for you two. Time now for both of you to rest, PJ.

Love and peace to you, my dearest friend,

CJ

Dear Paula,I just returned home from the hospital after having had a severe gout attack, and was very saddened to learn of Merry's passing. Merry touched so many lives and was so respected and loved, that not having her here physically, leaves a big void in our lives. Now she is at peace. Her legacy is monumental.
You have been a stalwart, devoted partner, and are an inspiration to us all.
Please know my thoughts are with you and Merry's family, and I send my deepest condolences to all of you. I will look forward to celebrating Merry's life with you, on May 27th.
Sending love,Gloria
