It is so nice to be able to tell people when they ask how Melissa is doing that 'her hair, stomach, & attitude are all back'...a sure sign she's better. Her maturity is also starting to improve in her new school program. She still needs monthly labs for her renal function, but her oncology checkups are now every 3 months, & what a difference one less appt makes. As most of Melissa's friends know Halloween is for sure one of her favorite holiday's, which she missed last year, so this year is going to be a special one...thank you again to everyone who supported us thru our difficult time. We hope Melissa's outcome wil give hope to those who are beginning, & or continuing on a similar journey. Hugs & kisses to everyone & hope to bring smiles all around...
