Happy Saturday Everybody - thank you Lord for this beautiful day! Melissa is feeling great and looks forward to her first camping trip tomorrow. She has a lunch date with Steve and Dana to get a hotdog (perhaps some churros) for lunch (while I get ready for our trip tomorrow). Tonight, I am taking Dana and Melissa to Sumo Sushi in Gardena where they have the "revolving sushi". The girls love this place. They just grab a plate from the conveyor anytime they want to - fun, yummy and reasonable. Speaking of Japanese food, thanks so much Mrs. DeeDee and Kaevan for bringing "Rice Things" dinner to us last Tuesday. Melissa and Dana love "Rice Things" and we order from them at least twice a month. It was great seeing you two - thanks for stopping by. Thanks Papa Romy, cousin Amy and Uncle Early for bringing some "El Pollo Loco" food. The girls love the rice! Thanks Lori for honoring Princess Melissa on your Leukemia and Lymphoma Triathlon -GO TEAM LORI GO! Thanks Tita Ilana and Tita Lisa for taking care of the girls while I took Steve out to celebrate his "21st" birthday on Thursday, July 10th - Belated Happy Birthday Steve! Thanks Sheryl and Tina for checking up on me. Melissa might need some blood transfusion in August - thanks for planning to go to Miller Children's Hospital to donate more blood. Sheryl, thanks again for your well wishes and prayers!
We will keep you posted when we return from our camping trip. We will enjoy each day before Melissa's next treatment phase. It is a joy to see Melissa happy and well. Always remember, there's always something to thank the good Lord for - keep focusing on the "positives in life". Live well, Laugh often, & Love with all of your heart! Thanks Lori for sharing this with us.
Have a great weekend, Steve, Tess, Melissa and Dana
