Hi Precious Little Kate!!:) We are soooooooo sorry to hear those seizures are still coming so often......we are HOPING and PRAYING the Drs. can get the right combination of Meds to keep them in control or take them away. Sweetheart, we know GOD is by your side 24/7 but we have to increase our PLEA's to HIM to get this challenge over. Take care, dear heart, and GOD BLESS all!!!!!!
LOTS of LOVE~

This journey with Kate started 2 weeks before my daughter was born and we've not stopped praying for all of you, the doctors, procedures, medication, etc. God has and continues to hold you. Praying God comforts your hearts, eases the frustration and supernaturally intervenes with the MRI schedule. Pediatric cancer is one of the hardest journeys there is. Pediatric brain cancer is even more narrow. Kate is a walking miracle and her life is a precious reminder of love.

I am so sorry to hear Kate is having more seizures.  As a stage 4 breast cancer survivor, I am disappointed that they are not doing the MRI on an emergency basis.  Perhaps it's a matter of just being in a different part of the country, but I have never had to wait for any kind of test I needed when new symptoms would arise.  I treat at Barnes Jewish Hospital/Siteman Cancer Center in St Louis, MO.  One more thing I want to mention ... I get my scan results the very same day of the scan.  I live 3 hours away and my wonderful, brilliant doctor schedules my day so that I have my scans, then my labs, and then an office visit with him a couple of hours later.  Hospitals have Radiologists right there and they read them almost immediately. They tell you that you will get the results in 5 to 7 days...for their convenience, not because the results are not ready and available. Prayers that they get Kate squeezed in very soon (they always have slots for emergencies), and that you get the answers you need, AND that they are the answers you want.

My prayers for Kate never cease, but I am doubling up now, and incessantly asking our precious savior to intervene and heal your beautiful little girl COMPLETELY. My heart is with you always, and I just hope you can somehow find the peace that surpasses all understanding. Never give up... The Lord is in charge, and there is NOTHING beyond His reach. Love and peace and healing to your troubled hearts...my prayers will never cease. Lynn in Florida
