Hey Everyone-

I am up and adam at my mom's house, Matt is sleeping in. Today we aren't sure what we are doing, but I am going to get some work done, but it's too early to call people, then maybe go miniature golfing or something like that. It's been really crappy weather in Chicago, yesterday it was a jeans and sweatshirt day on the 1st of July....isn't it supposed to be so hot you can hardly breathe here?

I am just glad Matt is comfortable and enjoying it. Yesterday I made a stop at this great bake store (cake store) because Matt has been watching this show in TV called Cake Boss (it's on TLC) and he has been saying that he wants to know what this fondant icing tastes like (it;s that icing that makes wedding cakes look smooth and pretty) so anyway, I stopped in their yesterday and ordered him a cake for tonights dinner at my aunt's house. It's a surprise so hopefully he doesn't read the journal until tomorrow. I think he is going to like it, I figured what the heck....
