My Story

Welcome to Matisse's CaringBridge site. Matisse suffers chronic intestinal pseudo obstruction and has traveled from her home in New Zealand to Pittsburgh, USA for a stomach, duodenum, pancreas, small and large bowel transplant.

We thought we would teach our children about the world but ended up teaching the world about our children. Jayna Sattler
