I am praying for your family as you go through all the hollidays, this Christmas, and many other celebrations.  You will be in my thoughts and prayers.  Angel Mason is a guardian angel looking down on u and all the precious kids fighting this horrible disease. http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/champ291

You were a blessing to little Logan and he was likely a blessing for you as well. While loss is horrendous in any case, losing your Mommy at such a young is a tough one to reckon with.

Prayers will be said for all mentioned with special thoughts for Conner and family.  I'm praying for comfort and peace for all of you as you approach yet another holiday.

Thank you for the update. I continue to care about the families I grew to know through CB and CP.  You are providing a wonderful gift in honor of your son.

I am sorry to hear of the recent losses in your life.  Prayers will be said for the families, as well as for you.

I think it is wonderful that you continue to write and tell your story. I also think Mason's Toy Box is a wonderful thing.

Hi Kelly! Loved you update. I can relate SO much to the part when you spoke of family/friends who aren't there at all and the people you least expect are right beside you! I have to tell you that you are certainly not alone. My parents and sisters have all abandoned me, they were sort if there at the very beginning when Kyle was first diagnosed but has completely crumbled to nothing. I did everything I could to help the situation but it became way too exhausting for me, especially while grieving. My sister flipped out at Kyles funeral mad at me for not asking her husband to be a pallbearer!!!!!! Haven't heard from either sister since........and there's a lot more! We should get together soon as we are now living in Leesburg VA. I didn't know Ryan but I know I reached out to his mom a few times when he passed. This is a club no parent ever wants to belong to but I have met some of the most courageous and honorable people and I am so grateful for that. Kyle really loved Mason and I will never forget how we met the first time inpatient when they said hello to each other through the curtain:0) Love, Leslie

    Kellie:

So glad to hear how you are doing.  I wondered about you often, especially when Ryan passed as well.  Please know that I think of Mason often, I joined in with the many that gave to try to get him out on that last trip that never happened, I just wanted you all to have that last trip together but it was not to be.  I hope you were able to go on a trip as a family anyways for healing and time away, I'm sure Mason would have wanted it.  Your son impacted me a great deal and I want you to know that he will not be forgotten.  God bless.

Hi Kellie I have followed Mason and your family, Ryan and his family  for a few years now, even though I do not write often in your guestbooks, I do read every entry.  Mason, and Ryan were awesome heros, and they still are a hero, and now  precious angesl.  They have inspired me to keep fighting my battle in never give up cause no matter what happens in the end I will win Just like Mason and Ryan did.  I know that Mason, was there to welcome his best buddy Ryan with open arms to heaven.  I am so happy to hear that Ryan got his wish even though it wasn't a baby sister, that he still got his wish to have a yonger sibling.  That's great that Monica got her first job at the vet hospital.  I bet she loves working with the animals.  That is awesome that your job allows you to get into free concerts, football games and other events for free. That is awesome that you are doing fundraising for cancer and Neuroblastoma awareness and research. I care about you, I believe in you, I am your friend, You are always in my thoughts and prayers.  I will always support you, and be one of your many fans. Here is a poem I have made for all of my CB friends who are fighting a battle, Won their battle and are no angels, and those that fought their battle, won it, and survived it! My Brave Hero: My Brave Hero is someone who is fighting a battle. My Brave Hero is strong, Even when things go wrong, My Brave Hero is someone who fights like a champ, My Brave Hero Never Gives Up Never Gives in My Brave Hero fights with a smile and a grin, My brave hero Fights till they win, My Brave Hero has a lot of courage, My brave Hero is not afraid to shed a tear Even when they have a fear, My Brave Hero lives life to the fullest, My brave Hero is my friend My Brave Hero fights until the end My Brave Hero fights till there is no more pain My Brave Hero fights untill their free, My Brave Hero fights untill they are in a safe place, My brave Hero fights untill they have won their race, It's true My Brave Hero is You! Who invented fire? Some bright spark http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/champ291 T

Mason touched my heart. He will remain there forever. Thank you for the update. I like to hear from families I followed through a dark time in their life.  Prayer continues for you and for all families of children impacted by a monster.

For some reason, Caringbridge won't give me the option to update my journal.  I know I am signed on to the account, but the option isn't there. I am not neglecting everyone.  I want to update, but have to figure out how first... Any suggestions are appreciated...

Good evening Angelboy. I know you are enjoying seeing your mommy have a much deserved vacation. Be with her and help her in having a fun time. She loves you so very much, but of course I don't have to tell you that. You already know. Look forward to meeting you someday in person. Luv to you Mason.
