Marvin died one month ago, this past Valentine's Day. A difficult day...made even harder for the significance of the holiday. I have gone back to work ski instructing at Hyland Hills. I VERY much needed to have some positive energy in my life. Working with grade school children and all their wonderful exuberance, plus being with my ski school buddies, AND being out in the fresh air and sunshine have helped enormously in getting me back on my feet again. It was, and still is, a very bitter sweet experience, walking into the instructor's room and NOT seeing Marvin there. It's very painful. ALL of us miss his gentle, sweet ways and smile and especially those HUGS!
