Hi Everyone: Hope you all are doing well. Mark is hanging in there, but is still experiencing stomach issues, but is on medication to help with it. In addition, Mom and I perceive a noticable change in his energy level. He is now needing to take a snooze in the afternoons and his appetite has changed - not eating like he was before. I'm not sure why this is - but it is a change. Obviously, it concerns us and we hope that once it is brought to the attention of hospice, they will address it. He continues to keep himself busy putting together models and working on filling in posters (I managed to spill his coffee on one when Twinky came out of nowhere and scared the heck out of me). Mark is still cleaning the house. Not cooking as much, though. His favorite past time this last week has been reading Harry Potter, Book Six. He is very engrossed in it. For all you Potter fans, you totally understand. He goes in the bedroom and reads until he falls asleep. Neal was with him today and Mom brought Mark and he some Pizza Hut pizza. Mark has been craving some so Mom came to the rescue. That's our Mom. Always coming to our rescue. Please keep Mark is your prayers that this change is just a temporary thing and that his energy level and appetite returns. He is a fighter and truly has turned things around since he returned from the hospital. We'll help him keep on fighting... Love to all, Mona
