Hi again everyone,
Thank you for the outpouring of support we have received in the past few days. They've been difficult - it was strange to have Thanksgiving without mom. We set a place for her and lit a candle for her, but we still feel an emptiness without her.
We also wanted to update you on upcoming services for mom. The wake will be on Wednesday, November 30th from 4-8 at St. Augustine's Church in St. Cloud. The funeral will be on Thursday, December 1st at 11:00 at St. Augustine's Church. There will be a private burial for close family and friends at a later date.
One thing that mom asked for was for her funeral to be a celebration of her life. She requested everyone to be wearing colors, not black. She always said it's okay to be sad and cry, but then to kick yourself in the butt and keep living life. To honor mom's wishes, please wear something colorful to celebrate her life with us. You can find her obituary at the link below. In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate memorials be sent in honor of mom to Saint Katharine Drexel School.
