Hello friends, We are very tired and weary this afternoon. We spent the night at Forrest General last night with Mattie getting blood and platelets.She has been sleeping alot the past few days. I guess it is the low blood. She was having some blood pressure problems during her platelet transfussion, but it finally leveled off and the blood transfusion went well. They seem to think that her bone marrow is for sure shutting down. Don't really know what all that means for us at this time, except for transfusions alot more often. We are very much in prayer for a perfect bone marrow match, as it looks like we are fixing to be needing it even worse than before. They had rescheduled her port placement surgery for Aug.14th but don't know for sure after these new counts if they will want to wait that long.

Please pray for the Weathers family, that they would feel the love and peace of God all around them today. Continue to pray for Mattie and our family. We could not make it through this journey without your prayers, love and support. We are also still needing more than ever donors for redcells and platelets.You can give at United Blood Services on 28th ave. Hattiesburg. Just tell them your there to give for Madison Courtney..
