Maddys still with her dad and doing FABULOUS!! She still has pain but is getting by with pain meds just a few times a day. She said her pain gets worse as the day goes on and is worse at night time probably from all the things she does all day long. She is up and walking, sitting, playing, etc. She has learned how to move her new back so that she doesnt pull at the rods as much. She has a whole new body now or so it seems. Her back is very straight, her chest is flat and normal looking now, she has been tolerating her feedings now that she doesnt have all the pressure on her stomach, etc. Her body is all in a totally different place so she has had to learn how to walk with her new shape, alignment, etc.  She has been very busy playing with her step sisters, her little sister Cassidy and her cousins, Payton and Bronson. I guess she likes to play like a little mother with them and boss them around and tell them dont do this and dont do that. She is really good with little kids though and likes to play with them a lot.

Michaun has been very busy with horse shows, Youth Conference, her girls camp overnighter and working at her gmas shop to earn money for her drivers license and permit which hopefully she will have enough money saved to get it when we get home. Wish us both luck with that! She is a good kid though, so I trust her, but who doesnt worry about having their 15 yr old child driving?

Both girls are going to girls camp next week and then Michaun has her horse show again July 16th, 17th and 18th at the Farmington fairgrounds I think. SO if anyone is able to make it, both girls would love to see eveyone and anyone that they can. You can call or text Michaun for exact times, dates and directions.

I should be home to Cali by the 15th at the latest and then the girls will fly in on the 19th. Then we will be busy trying to get ready for school to start. Maddy has a million and one appts to go to when we get home so it will be busy, busy, busy until they start school. Both girls are hoping to have friends over to swim, hang out and catch up since they have been gone all summer.

I hope your all having a great summer! Happy 4th of July!!

** I have pics of Maddys new back, stitches and scar but will have to upload them when I get home.

Please keep Sammie and her family in your prayers!
