My Story

Mackenzie Lanae has been diagnosed with Stage III intermediate risk Neuroblastoma, a rare childhood cancer on April 17th, 2007, at 8 months old. Also, diagnosed with Horner's Syndrome on March 30th, 2007, a condition that was caused by the Neuroblastoma.

Sorry for the lack of updates.  Mackenzie has been a happy toddler and going thru several transitions.  She is completely potty trained, she started before mother's day and then moved up to preschool 2 weeks later at her daycare and now is in a toddler bed - no crib.  She is getting so big and soon she will be 3 years old July 31st.  In this pic Mackenzie was excited about taking a pic of her favorite lion.

This Wednesday is Mackenzie's 3 month check up with her oncologist, blood work and urine test plus physical. Praying that all goes well.
