To our family and friends,

This past two weeks has been long and hard. Lloyd prayed for God to take him home. He passed away on friday the 27th on the same day that his good friend and our neighbor passed suddenly with a condition unknowing to his family. For many weeks Lloyd and I wondered why he was suffering so much and with a heavy heart I wondered how I could care for Lloyd with so many medical problems and without medical knowledge to guide me. God guided me. God guided Lloyd and the long suffering days are over. God bless each and every one of you for caring, for loving and for your deep concern. Lloyd would say to everyone that he loves them and to make every day count. In his own words..."you have only one shot at life so do what you want to do in it". The services will be July 1st at 2:00 at Wheeler mortuary in Portales with graveside services at Causey following the services. I loved Lloyd with all of my heart and my sole and we had many days to cry together, hug and say "I love you". Do not forget these words for your own family and friends as we do not know when God will call us home.
