Clara's mother Paula greeted us with a smile and hug at the "Inspired by Libby" exhibit at the International Quilt Festival in Houston. What a generous and wonderful way to raise funds by auctioning off donated quilts, with the proceeds going to the Libby Lehman Medical Fund. Thank you Clara, Paula, all the artists And the buyers!!!

Libby and Tiffany enjoyed an autumn stroll outside UP with good friend Susan Gartner. We are so THANKFUL for Libby's progress on the road to recovery!!!
Adding a few fall leaves to her plants helped with the Autumn theme.
Not surprising that being a Rice Alumni Libby would pick out a cute woodlands Owl and some pumpkins to decorate her room.
Libby was very interested in the College Football scores.
Libby wanted to add a bit of color to her Fall wreath and of course it is one of her favorites - lime green!

Libby does Halloween arts and crafts with Yolanda and a friend at UP. What fun to create again!
Tiffany put Libby's new nightime "boots" on to help with Libby's ankle flexibility and strength. Not much fun to sleep in, but already showing improvement!!!
I finally figured out how to post a picture of the quilt made by Clara Lawrence for the auction of "Inspired by Libby" that Clara has organized. Isn't it just magnificent! It is PERFECT for Libby and all the other "parrot-heads" of the world. Thank you, Clara, for all of your hard work. We will let you know when the auction is on-line. All of the quilts will be exhibited at the International Quilt Festival in Houston in a few weeks. -Cathy
