Hi All! LA was good. I ate at Bubba Gumps and I ate a lot of good food at Linda's house. I saw the ocean by Santa Monica. I went to the grove for some shopping.

The Bryomixol treatment went okay, and I will get weekly infusions until January. Then I think I will go to Tiawana Mexico where I will get a different injection.

I saw Terry McDermott while I was in Lovelace rehab. He had 2 hips replaced and we almost had wheelchair races there. Terry said, 'See what working at Intel does to us.' We both laughed a lot. Lovelace rehab was good but they were too easy on me.

As an outpatient I am now getting my therapy (physical, occupational and speech) at Health South which is much harder on me than Lovelace was, and that is good. I go to Health South twice a week, 3 hours each time.

Teresa is taking care of her granddaughter Amara now. So I have help from 2 people, Josh and Deborah from an agency who come on Tuesdays and Thursdays to take me to Rehab and make sure I have lunch before they leave.

John has learned to give me showers, but he is not as good as Teresa is. We muddle through.

I'm looking forward to going to Florida again in January or February to see my sis and her family and my parents and to see the ocean there.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. I am going to Judy and Steve's house for Thanksgiving. Thanks for your prayers, postcards, etc.

Love,

Leslie

(Teresa is typing, but she can't keep up with how fast I am talking!)
