Just a short update to let you know that Lena is continuing to do well & is managing to not catch any more bugs that are around at the moment. We are well into our winter and have had plenty of rain so far.
Lena is having a break from her swimming lessons and will probably start up again in a few months time. Megan is now taking her to Little Learners which is a program held at the local school. It runs for about 60 mins. It is designed for pre- school age toddlers & their Mums, they have a range of activities including singing, painting, then storytime. Megan says Lena interacts well with the others and is really enjoying her time there. CF clinic visit is on July10th and we are hoping for a great report.
I moved my parents into their new home last Thursday and they appear to have settled in well. It was a rotten day weather wise and pouring rain the whole day. My sister & I speent the whole weekend packing their household effects and belongings and found it hard at times.....many memories & tears, we also had some laughs too, just seeing what my dear Mum had kept over the years....we hope to have furniture moved and cleaning started this coming week. Should not be a problem selling the house as it is in a sought after area and also has a good size block of land. They are both now getting good care, peace of mind with not having to worry about each others health & also the running of their home.
I commence my new position at work this coming Wednesday.....& looking forward to this.
Sorry I haven't been visiting guestbooks as often, I do read all updates and I do think of you often & keep you in my prayers.
