Lee’s Story

Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We've created it to keep friends and family updated about Lee. Get started by reading the introduction to our website, My Story.

Visit often to read the latest journal entries, visit the photo gallery, and write us a note in our guestbook.

After several weeks of nagging headaches, nausea and some dizziness Lee underwent an MRI which revealed a tumor in the right frontal lobe of his brain.  It is not known at this time whether or not the tumor is malignant.  Surgery is scheduled for Thursday July 7th at 7:30 am MT to begin removal.
We are so grateful for the overwhelming response of love and prayers.

Services for Lee

Lee was adamant that only one memorial service be held in his honor. I refused, of course, which didn't go over too well. We made a compromise and agreed to have a memorial service in his hometown of Fort Worth, TX as well as a reception in Colorado. So, in honor of his request, see the details below.

Colorado Reception:
Thursday Sept. 19th, 6:00pm
The Stone Chapel
@Woodmen Valley Chapel Campus
290 E. Woodmen Rd.
Colorado Springs, CO 80919
www.woodmenvalley.org

Please dress casual and know that the format will be casual as well. A light dessert will be available.

Texas Celebration of Life Service:
Saturday Sept. 28th, 10:30am
Christ Chapel
3701 Birchman Ave.
Fort Worth, TX  76107
www.ccbcfamily.org

Due to a wedding later this day, no food will be served.  There will be space for gathering and visiting after the service.
