No extubation today. We worked on weaning all day, and he is a little on the tired side, and since he has a tenedency to drop sats at night, we decided to not extubate til tomorrow morning. Everything is going as planned, and he is waking up slowly and taking breaths on his own over the vent settings, so i feel good about that.
