Hi, Lance my human friend!
This is Mollie Cat finally signing in to say "Meow" that of course you know is Hello Good Buddy in feline which you speak fluently!!  I got my Mom up at 3:30 this am to write to you but she was very grumpy and wouldn't do it until now.  Good grief --you think she would want to meet my every need exactly when I need it but no.....  Now you  may be wondering what I was doing up so early and bugging my Mom [don't you do that to your Mom!]  --it is winter again and all the bedroom windows are still open and it is now 48 degrees in the bedroom and I need some warmth.  Sure wish I had thumbs so I could close the windows myself.  It looks like you have been making good use of your thumbs in playing basebal--great stuff for an 8th grader--WOW you are really getting up there in human years --wonder what you are in feline years.  I turned 13 this Labor Day--did you celebrate my birthday?  If not you should make your parents get a cake and balloons so you can celebrate now--it is a national holiday, of course.  So glad you are doing so well, my human friend--continue to take care of yourself and find joy in all the things a human boy has available.
Please give my best to your parents.
Love from Mollie Cat and her Mom
