Kodi Tutt's Journal
Written Dec 17, 2013 1:08pmWe are so happy to report that Kodi's most recent scans remain clear! There was even some improvement in recently "stable" areas.
Kodi will have another set of scans in February, along with a lot of lab work, as February will mark one year OFF medication. If all looks good at that point, we will begin to stretch out the time between scans.
We are so thankful for all of the prayers, kind words and thoughts. We have much to celebrate this Christmas season.
As always, we ask you to remember our friend Ethan and family as they continue in the thick of the battle.
Romans 12:15 says to rejoice with those who rejoice and weep with those who weep...We are still praying for you, Ethan!
God bless you all, and Merry Christmas!
Written Dec 1, 2013 8:46amHard to believe another three months have passed. Kodi is set to have scans on Thursday, Dec 5th. Please pray for continued clear results.
Written Sep 14, 2013 11:24amWell, I've tried to post this twice, and both times the post didn't load.
We are so happy to report that Kodi's last set of scans look great! All areas remain stable, and Kodi is now 15 months of clean scans and 6 months off treatment!!!
Kodi will have scans again in November and February to continue monitoring her progress.
Your prayers and support during the last 3.5 years have been such a blessing to our family.
We are on the square at Sanger Sellabration today to meet people and let them know about our next big adventure...the Kick It Kodi Foundation for childhood cancer awareness. Kodi is in a great place right now, and she wants to give back to her favorite Child Life team at Cook Children's and help families who are undergoing treatment.
She is working with the P.A.L.S. of Sanger High School to collect new unused/unopened coloring books and crayons. We will be collecting at each school campus and delivering to the hospital at the end of the month.
We will have more info on events and opportunities in the near future.
Come see us on the square today!!
