I apologize for not updating last night but everyone pretty much collapsed. Kitty was discharged from the hospital yesterday afternoon. Upon her arrival at the house I was amazed at the difference. Her voice is strong and she was moving along at an incredible rate. The only thing that slowed her down were the three steps in front of our house.

She will now be taking medication for her thyroid and heart rate. She has a follow up appointment this week with the PCP and another one in two weeks with the endocrine specialist. She is already asking about going to Chebeague.

John visited her in the hospital which is rather significant since they had not seen each other since John's heart attack several months ago.

Hopefully we will not need to update here again so we again thank everyone for their thoughts and wishes.
