My Story

Kim was found unconscious Thurs. morning, 9/28, 2006 and was taken to Mission Hospital. She was diagnosed with Bact. Meningitis, brought on by streptococcus pneumonia, had swelling of the brain, and has been in a coma. Please help us pray that Kim makes a full and complete recovery. I had my final therapy session yesterday. They say I am ready to go back out into the real world...

I still need to continue with the exercising, to regain my strength and endurance - guess it's time to actually use that gym membership we've had for a year.

I will be returning to work next week. The therapists have suggested that I start out on a part-time basis and slowly work myself back into the old routine.

Slowly but surely I am returning to "normal"...
