****updated a few new pics but kept the favs....look at my real k.i.s.s.es and my friends Tay and Mal.....****

Hello Everybody! All is good. Sorry for no update for a couple days. We had a glitch in our wireless access for my laptop (my only computer!) but now it is all fixed and we are up and running.

Kennedy's cultures on her urine came back and she definately has a Urinary Tract Infection which is the reason for the blood in her urine. She will be on an oral antibiotic for 10 days and should be doing much better. She is not in pain or really have any symptoms besides the blood (sounds disgusting...I know) Nothing like talking about pee and blood. sorry, just one of the many things that go along with cancer.

Kennedy had a great day today. She went to another ROCKIES game. It was at 1:00 in the afternoon and she went with Gina and David (Baby Sandra's parents). They really miss their baby girl so they have basically adopted Kennedy, Kerrigan, Nicole and of course Baby Mersai. Thanks Gina and David for giving Kennedy a great baseball day! There was a minor (could of been major) setback on the way home from the game. Gina began to lose feeling on her right side and needed to go to the ER. Wow, how scary. They ran a battery of tests and determined it was caused by a migraine. You can send Gina a kind word at www.caringbridge.org/visit/sandra

Tomorrow after tutoring we are going to help Allison celebrate her LAST CHEMO!!!! A get together is planned at TCH at 2 pm...you can send her a shout out and a congrats at www.caringbridge.org/visit/allisonholmes

Kennedy will also have her last D.A.R.E. class with Ofc. Ed on Sat. She will be able to graduate with another school on Tuesday at 1:30pm (if all works out). D.A.R.E. is the Drug Abuse Resistance Education class given by the Police Dept. Kennedy really enjoys the class and has taken a real liking to Ofc. Ed.

We were sent a link (I hope it works) from Paytlee's site. It is a petition for Childhood Cancer Awareness.

Cure Childhood Cancer - Awareness and Research

Please check it out.

I need you all to pray for Tita and her unborn child.

We also need prayers to go out to Mrs. E. She is Dalton Elementary's choir director and Music teacher. Her beautiful husband Jim has passed away on Monday. He was the one we prayed for by name (no CB site). His cancer was so aggressive there was really no chance at the stage it was found. We pray for comfort, peace and LOVE TO A WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL WOMAN AND FRIEND OF OURS. Mrs. E....I know you are reading this, just know that thousands and thousands of people are praying for you Sweet Deb. We are here for you ....always.

If you could also visit a few of our friends on CB we would appreciate it. If not, just send a prayer for healing of whatever level they need. Some prayers are basic and some are so urgent of the MIRACLE TYPE....

THANKS EVERYBODY FOR ALL OF YOUR SUPPORT, LOVE AND PRAYERS FOR KENNEDY.

I received a question in the guestbook of whate our specific financial needs are. Please know that I try not to ever pinpoint our family in particular. I mainly talk of cancer families in general. One parent usually doesn't work, or we are single parents. We have no income, spent our savings accounts, used benefit money and still need to pay for groceries, gas, mortgage, medical bills, clothes (more than normal because the cancer child's size fluxuates....every week it seems), the cost of food in the hospital, daycare, insurance co-pays, plumbers (yes, I need one...), traveling expenditures, etc. This is all when one does not work because we take care 100% of the time, our child. 24/7 ....so thank you for asking, I hope this makes sense. Always email me direct with specific questions. stacykay68@comcast.net. God bless you to ever consider donating to ANY FAMILY.

Have a great night, we will write again tomorrow. Hopefully it will be KENNEDY.

WE WANT KENNEDY. WE WANT KENNEDY. WE LOVE KENNEDY.

NITE.
