My Story

My name is Kaylee Noelle Krause.

I was born May 4, 2004.

I was diagnosed with a rare genetic metabolic disorder called Hurler's Syndrome. On November 4, 2005~ I received an unrelated cord-blood transplant at Duke.

On June 6, 2006 ~ I left my mommy's arms and went to be with Jesus. I am now Healed. I am finally able to be a healthy, happy, two year old little girl!

Happy Birthday to my sweet angel Kaylee.. you are turning six years old today in Heaven!!

another year gone by...  and more tears.  My dad went to be with Jesus and Kaylee a little over a month ago.  It has been difficult to say the least.  My heart is broken in so many ways.

Kaylee loved her Grand Dad... so I know she is happy to have him there with her, but it is hard for us ... the ones he left behind.

We are taking everything one day at a time.  Trusting God with every step we take.

Until next time,
Stacey
