Calvin is hanging in there. He is suffering from both the uncontrolled (so far) diabetes and kidney failure. Not sure what else. But that's certainly enough. He had a very good day today as far as eating and cuddling. Of course he has always been a cuddler. We are up to 4 units of insulin twice daily - can't seem to get control of the sugars. We'll keep you posted but Katie feels that all the prayers are indeed working.
As for Katie - she went back to school today! Other than pain in one of her ankles, she's feeling good. She rode her sweet Teddy and all is well for the time being. Thanks for always checking in. SIX MORE DAYS TO GO:-)
