Kasey is doing great. She seems to get a bit sleepy earlier than when she was off therapy but who cares??? Not us! IT could be how early it gets dark also...She takes the pills w/out problem and is feeling fantastic! We see Dr. Greffe on Tuesday, and I will ask about when she should notice an improvement in the skin issues. There seems to be a few more spots on her body and one on her face that we never had before. Otherwise, all is great. I do not sleep much on chemo nights, but with time I am sure I will relax. Too bad they can't send parents home with an iv drip of caffeine for during the day and chill pills for the night. In all seriousness, we have so much to be thankful for I will take what we get and celebrate with it. Guess what??? We will all be together for Turkey day, here at our house! Lets keep our fingers crossed that I don't burn or destroy the turkey like most meals.. I am not sure what Kasey thinks of the pills, or if she basically does not care. She takes them without difficulty and is quite proud to show us how good she does. Sara has more questions, but I think Sara was born programmed to ask questions. She is doing great in school and wrote her first story. It was a whole page long, I could not believe it! Way to go Sara. I will close this very early am with a Birthday HUG for Taylor. Our friend is a teenager now! WOO how cool. Please visit her sight and leave a birthday hug in her guest book. www.caringbridge.org/visit/taylormorgan
