Hello Friends...

Seems like it has been awhile since I have even been able to get on the computer. I got the strep throat from the kids and as soon as I got over that I got an absessed tooth. It has been a rough couple weeks. I am sick and tired of being sick and tired thats for sure.

I put Jacobs new pic on the profile pic just to show everyone how grown up he is looking these days. He graduated the 8th grade last week and the pic is from the 8th grade grad celebration dance. The 1st one he has gone too and he had a good time and even danced. So proud of him.

I also added a pic of Mason on his horse. He is enjoying the summer so far. His pain is still the same but again he is a trooper. We really have to work on his IEP next year as by the end of this school year he is reading at the very beginning of a 2nd grade level and he is going into 4th. Our school system leaves alot to be desired in some areas but we are trying to stay positive.

I also added a pic of Kaleb at his school picnic. We had alot of fun and hope all his teachers and friends have a very safe and fun summer!! Kaleb had a neuro appt today and we are not changing a thing. He has been (praise the good Lord) seizure free for 6 months. So his med dose will not change and we dont have to go back for 6 months. Kaleb has been doing really well but is missing school already and is letting us know about it for sure.

Again I apologize for not getting to anyones sites but I pray for you all daily. I am finally feeling better so I hope to catch up.

Question...As the 4th of July approaches does anyone have issues with seizures and fireworks? Just want to be prepared and take every precaution with Kaleb.
