Greg and I don't even know where to begin to thank everybody that have cared so much to continue to follow Kaleb and his website. We are so overwhelmed with the wonderful thoughts and caring words and prayers that thank you is not enough. Just know that you have all touched our lives and Kaleb's forever. Nothing will ever change the over abundance of love and support that we have felt over the last 3 weeks. We just wish it could have ended differently.
To our parents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends that came to see us and Kaleb in the cities. What can we say...we love you and thank you for all the support that we needed. We know it was hard getting the phone calls and heading back down to the cities so many times at the drop of a hat. The many days of work you all missed to sit with us and be there will always be in our hearts. We appreciated the love and respect and space that you gave us. Many times there were no words but we knew what everybody was feeling and wanting to say. We love you all more than anything.
To those of you who took such good care of our girls and protecting them from this aweful world -- thank you.
Thank you to Kaleb's wonderful doctors who truly cared about him, Dr. Baisch, Dr. Overman, Dr. Moga, and Dr. Gremmels. The time you took with us and the grief that you showed really touched us and we knew that you really cared about our prescious boy. Dr. Baisch -- words cannot thank you enough for sitting down and talking to us honestly and truthfully. The time you took to get to know us and the way you took care of Kaleb will forever be in our hearts. Everybody deserves a doctor like you! I have met many in my life and nobody compares. I hope you get to read this. Dr. Overman was Kaleb's surgeon and was also an amazing man. Thank you for what you gave to Kaleb. Dr. Gremmels -- Kaleb's cardiologist -- has been the lucky one to know Kaleb through his short 3 years. He knew his fun personality and stubborn ways. Thank you for taking such good care.
To Kaleb's nurses -- where to start. Gaylene, Cally, Katie, Carissa, Heidi, Leah, and Terri you are heroes in our eyes. The love and care that you gave to our little boy and family will also never be forgotten. Words cannot express how comfortable we felt when you were taking care of Kaleb. We just wish you could have met him and his smiling face and fishy kisses. You would have loved him more.
Anyway, the tears will never stop for our prescious, beautiful little boy. But we know we have all of you to support us. Thank you everybody.
With our love, Greg, Jen, Madisyn, and Eliana
