FROM FRIENDS OF THE WILSON'S: KEEP PRAYING!!

My name is Jordan Wilson & until December 2007 I was a "normal" senior in high school gearing up for the golf team, doing martial arts & all the other things a 17 year old does. My whole life changed when I was diagnosed with T-cell leukemia. Our family & friends have rallied around us & by the grace of God, I will be declared cancer free in December 2009.

The steroids have kicked in but no weird cravings yet!  The jaw pain is back with a vengeance and that's why we have a lot of oxycodone.  Vincristine is one nasty chemo.  He's not too grouchy though--I thinks he feels to bad to be grumpy.  Again, I want my grouch back!  We ARE headed into the 5th month and counting.  I remember last year when Holland Blohm announced she only had 5 months of chemo left and wondered if we would ever get to that point.  Praise God, we have.

I know you will be praying for Jordan--praying for NO GERMS, NO PAIN, counts to rebound quickly.  I also know that you will be praying for all the other cancer warriors that w have introduced you to.  Please include Joe Teague as he has had a setback but is over the hump and Dr. Ken Yaussy who is back at home recuperating from 2 brain surgeries this past weekend.
