The last week in May & beginning of June I was having anxiety attacks in the middle of the night. I was still able to bring my breath rate down to 2 cycles per minute…but my heart was still racing. Johnny nudged me to sit in his chair, his meditation chair…the one he had transitioned in. I’ve always meditated on the floor or on the bed in front of our alter. I didn’t realize I could sit cross legged in his chair. I placed the box with my husband’s remaining ashes in it on my lap. My heart immediately slowed down & I felt Johnny surrounding me.
The rest of his ashes will be going to Burning Man…& to Babaji’s cave in India someday. That’s where he really wanted them to be scattered.

I think the gloom with this weather has been a bit heavy too…2 weeks of no sun! Then Thursday (June 11th) as I was placing the crystals for my lazy assed crystal meditation, I told Johnny I'd like to see the sun. When I finished my meditation I took the dark cloth off of my eyes & it was bright sunny! I excitedly made our bed & then ran out to water his garden & do my moving meditation. No sooner had I walked back in the house & closed the door...the sky was completely overcast again. Later yesterday I was getting rid of some stuff in my car & was going to stop...but then decided to go through one more stack...& found Johnny's engagement ring on the floorboard in the back. (I had thought I’d lost it at Worldfest a few weeks ago.) After I put it on, the sun actually came out again for about 30 seconds!
Love & Namaste,
Suzanne
